SGM15C640A1 is a compact structure, light weight shortwave infrared camera module. It is developed on the basis of 640×512@15um InGaAs shortwave detector and is equipped with high-performance processor. With various optional lens configurations and interfaces, it has stronger scalability and can achieve high frame rate, ultra-low latency shortwave infrared imaging.
